The small and bespoke housing project will provide much needed homes with additional support and assists North Lincolnshire Council in addressing Government policy. The joint Council, ONGO initiative was the first scheme to be started in the region under the HCA's current supported housing initiative with additional Council support. The striking design in the urban infill setting was created by Ross Davey Associates, part of the land was secured from TG Sowerby Developments who also constructed the scheme.
