So if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the driver will try to leave with a next door neighbour and place a card through the letter box notifying the recipient there is a flower delivery next door. If no neighbours are available, the arrangement will be taken back to the florist with a card placed in the letter box asking them to get in touch to arrange another delivery. We are all individual florists.
