About Us
read moreThe more you know about your pregnancy and your options, the more you are likely to feel in control. The information given here is based on The Pregnancy Book, which your midwife should give you at your first appointment. Here's a checklist of the vaccines that are routinely offered to everyone in the UK for free on the NHS, and the age at which you should ideally have them. Having an ill child can be a very scary experience for parents. If you understand more about the illness it can help you to feel more in control.

Appointments can be made on the day by contacting reception and the clinic is overseen by our duty doctor. These appointments are for one acute problem only. In response to customer feedback, we noted that many of our most vulnerable patients who found it difficult to get into the surgery in the first place were being bombarded with appointments for one check or an other. We have therefore set up multi - care clinics on a Wednesday where we have a team of clinicians available to meet you one after another at the same appointment.

The law concerning this is contained mainly in the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Access to Health Records Act 1990. For more information please contact Reception. Your medical records are confidential. However, to ensure the highest quality of care, information may be shared with other healthcare professionals. For example, Solihull CCG may require access to records for audit purposes.
