After a fairly protracted process, due to COVID, I finally sold my property on the 31st March 2021. I bought my first house through Crabb Curtis and they made it very easy indeed! My Agent Luke Jackson went over and above his role to keep me informed in every step of the process. Luke was particularly good at pre-empting any complications that may arise, making sure that there were no delays in exchanging/completing contracts. He was very professional in making sure I was kept up to date without badgering me too. I communicated with him via WhatsApp and he was always there to respond virtually immediately every time. He also liaised with my insurance Broker and Solicitor on my behalf. One time when I was on holiday and living in a different time zone, he proactively arranged the necessary phone calls with my solicitor at times that were convenient to me. I have rarely received such a thorough and professional service from a company. Value for Money
