Country Cuisine

Country Cuisine was launched over 15 years ago by the owner Leonie Collins-Read. Leonie is a classically trained caterer and is passionate about food quality and presentation. She trained and worked in the catering business for some time and then decided that she wanted to begin a business that could offer her huge array of skills to the more discerning customers of South Cheshire and North Wales. Country Cuisine has gone from strength to strength enabling her to employ quality team while still remaining completely 'hands on' in the kitchen and at customer functions.
