Cornelli Sugarcraft - Wendover
I have never encountered such rude and unhelpful behavior from a shop. In search of a number of cake supplies for my daughter's birthday party I decided to support a local high street shop in preference to shopping online, despite the fact that the store - Cornellis Sugarcraft was 15 miles out of my way.Upon entering the store with my 4 year old son I was completely ignored by the shop assistant and her 'friend'. Whilst browsing, my son accidentally broke a small decoration and before I could offer to pay for the item the shop assistant and her 'friend' started berating him in an extremely abrupt manner.
It is no wonder that high street shops are in such diar straights. Given the option of shopping online from the comfort of my own home OR encountering disrespectful and unhelpful shop assistants in an overpriced store, I would opt for the former every time.
