Corkers Restaurant & Cafe Bar with Guest Rooms is an outstanding and 1st class venue, prominently located in Pooles? Old Town at the junction of the High Street with the quay - literally a stones throw from the bustling Quayside! Possibly the longest founded hostlery in Poole, part of the site was purchased by Louis Constandinos in 1944 at which time it was a sweet shop/tobacconist/cafe on a very commercial, working Quay. Much has happened to both Poole Quay and to the old Olympia Caf as it was then known.
