Construction Cost Management Services

Construction Cost Management Services is run and operated by John McGurty, M. R. I. C. S. Commencing work as a young Quantity Surveyor with Tarmac Construction (now Carillion) in 1976, he studied Quantity Surveying at Preston Polytechnic (now University of Central Lancashire) passing his external qualification as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor before completion of the course. At 23 years of age, a spell working for a main contractor in Saudi Arabia followed.
