Confident Nutrition can plan and implement food and health related courses for individuals, organisations and community groups of all ages and abilities. Confident Nutrition will teach you basic cookery skills through demonstrations or via a series of hands on practical sessions. Current customer groups involve working with a huge range of ages from one off demonstrations to a series of practical sessions and training. We provide bespoke courses to meet all requirements.
