Community Places

The Community Places project was conceived in consultation with people who have learning difficulties and complex requirements. Our customers have a range of abilities and requirements, and at Community Places we recognise that they each have enormous potential and the correct to quality accommodation and lifestyles. Our model of care and therapeutic provision is built on the values underpinning the Government's complementary initiatives of 'Supporting People' and 'Valuing People'
