To say your final farewell, there are many unique options available to give your loved one a perfect send-off. On the day of the funeral, we will ensure that your loved one's possessions are prepared according to the wishes discussed during the arrangements. We will ensure that your loved one is taken care of and their coffin or casket is carefully transferred into the chosen hearse. Though you are able the choose the route the funeral procession takes on the day*, typically, families prefer for the cortege to begin at the home of their loved one.

However, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time should you need assistance. If you think you cannot meet the costs of the funeral, you should discuss this with us at the time of arrangement. We have information on who may be eligible for the Social Fund and how to make a claim. Payment can only be authorised by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) who will also decide the amount of payment.
