Once the roof is fitted and the timber structure is in place a breathable membrane is put on the roof, once this has been completed the roof will be water proof. Unlike aluminium, timber is not a thermal conductor and, therefore, poses no risk of condensation. Furthermore, we have strived to ensure the roof system is ventilated throughout and the condensation risk analysis report has been approved by the JHAI. Our system can easily be installed by one man, Timberlite utilises lightweight trusses and a slotted ring beam system.
