I live in the United States and had to take care of the sale of my elderly parents' home in Whitstable, from abroad. The Christopher Hodgson team were brilliant and assisted me with every aspect of the sale, including arranging cleaning, gardening, clearing and other services that needed to be accomplished prior to the sale and completion. They are extremely professional, responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service at every stage from the Christopher Hodgson team. Joe Jezzard gave us an obviously correct (and well-evidenced) valuation and the team found us a buyer (at full asking price) within a short period. When that buyer (and later another) pulled out (no fault of ours or Christopher Hodgson), the team patiently dealt with the situation and we had another buyer within a short time. Jacqueline in sales progression could not have been more pleasant to deal with and was appropriately responsive.

They are not willing to reduce their standard commission to compete with other agents who try to undercut them - but their rate is completely fair and we respected the fact that they want to treat all their vendors the same. We also liked the fact that the team is not too big so it was easy to talk to somebody who was familiar with our sale. We are very glad we used them and would certainly choose to do so again.

Will has a great understanding of the market and was really helpful in the initial stages. William was very professional producing brilliant photos and his video for the virtual tour was a great addition for advertising during COVID restrictions.

Christopher Hodgson sold my 3 bed house in Whitstable, it sold within 2 weeks, at full asking price. They have the usual things you should expect from a good estate agent: professional knowledgeable staff, impressive office, extensive marketing with lovely photos, but what was particularly impressive was the professionalism of their sales progression.
