Individual therapy on a one-to-one basis gives an opportunity in confidence to talk through any emotional problem or life difficulty. By talking to a therapist you have the time to explore, to reflect and make sense of what is adversely affecting your life, and, with support, to take the opportunity of making changes. Life is full of challenges, sometimes big and overwhelming. We rise to suit many of whom but at times it may be that we don't know how to cope. We may feel frustrated, disappointed or disillusioned. We may decide that we need inspiration and experienced aid and support.
