A fitness and health career seemed the best choice for me, so upon finishing sixth form I researched courses in the fitness and health industry. I found Premier International's PT diploma and it seemed ideal. The course covered gym instruction, individual training and sports massage therapy with smaller modules on nutrition and circuit training. Premier is regarded as one of the top fitness and health training providers in the UK which is why I chose to study through that organisation.
