Huyton & Prescot Golf Club was founded in 1905 and is home to a gem of a parkland golf course that is only ten miles outside of Liverpool, in the County of Merseyside and is well within easy reach from the motorway networks. Although our course is sometimes deemed not the longest it is widely regarded as one of the best tests of golf in the North West area, with our tree lined fairways and undulating greens it will certainly put your course management and golfing abilities under pressure but provide the perfect setting for a great days golfing.

read moreVisitors are always welcome at Huyton and Prescot golf club and you are assured a warm welcome. We offer society packages and vistor green fee options for you to come and enjoy our wonderful golf course. Visitors are expected to maintain a high standard of dress on the course and are asked to wear smart conventional golfing attire with spike or dimpled golf shoes. As representatives of the Club, the Secretary, Professional Staff and Stewardess have been given the authority to politely maintain these expectations and as such have the full backing of the Club Council in this regard.

read moreWe are listed on Hole 19 which is a free iOS & Android application which gives you a view of the course map whilst also providing live GPS yardages and digital scorecard all from your phone or smart watch. A tough opening hole. All but the scratch golfers get shots on this hole, and it should be acceptable to use them. The golfer that chases par on this hole will require skill and thick skin. A good drive on this hole will open up a challenging approach. A short par 4, set up for those with good course management.
