Childcare East Midland's Nurseries was founded by Susan & John Mills in January 1993, who were at that time expecting their 1st child. There seemed to be a lack of best quality childcare providing: A friendly, warm and caring environment with professional team fostering high levels of care and education along with nice practices in safety and cleanliness, hence Cherubs Executive House opened based on that criteria.
