The objective of Changes service is to supply an opportunity for those suffering from mental distress to move from isolation, withdrawal and dependency to becoming active and contributing members of their immediate and wider community. People experiencing various levels of mental distress, including: worry, feeling low, confusion, anxiety, panic, depression, mood swings, strange ideas or senses playing tricks.

The same guidelines apply for our online Peer Support Groups as our face-to-face groups, (please refer to Changes 12 step booklet) - however, to make sure that our Zoom PSGs remain safe and friendly places to meet up and get help - we have added a few more.
