She has been practising yoga for 19 years and teaching for four. Although her passion is Astanga Yoga she is still Centre's main yoga teacher taking all of the weekly classes in their various forms and has recently added Zumba classes to the weekly schedule.

read moreThe Government announced that gyms etc can reopen on July 25th which is great news but not as clear cut as we may think. After going through the guidelines, seeking advice and considering my own personal circumstances I have taken the difficult decision not to open yet. As I take 95% of classes the risk for me is increased and I need to keep safe for personal reasons at this moment. I cannot afford to self-isolate. Depending on the data over the next 2-3 weeks I will aim to reopen mid to late August with a phased return.
