CDP The Council For Dependency Problems

The Council for Dependency Problems (CDP) has been delivering services successfully for twenty years, in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. We're actively looking at expanding both the area in which we operate, moving at 1st to a regional basis, and the array of services that we provide. Most importantly, we like to be capable to provide brand new services to kids to assist them avoid the problems of drug and alcohol abuse. We work closely with public bodies, particularly in Health and Local Government, but continue to ensure the independence of our Charity. However, we recognise that joint working can create for more effective use of resources in meeting service user's requirements and the CDP recognises that an increase in such activity is nice for public confidence in the Charity. The Charity Commission believes that all charities should consider seriously and imaginatively whether there are ways in which they could do more and better for their service users by working together.
