Catalyst were set up in October 2003. From the very beginning, the Catalyst ethos was to always deliver professionalism and integrity. We still religiously stick to those core values. At Catalyst, we always deliver on our promises. We do not fool around with people, if we issue an offer letter we stand by the contents of that document. Once the offer letter has been accepted, it goes to drawdown without any changes. We think that we currently have now built our reputation to the extent that if Catalyst say they will do something, the broker and customer know we'll do it.
