Cat Lovers Animal Welfare Society

Our priority is to promote responsible pet ownership and to continue operating our neutering policy. In due course this policy is intending to reduce the stray and unwanted cat population in and around Maidenhead. Feral cats are caught, neutered and either returned to where they were found or in some cases relocated to a more suitable site where they are fed and monitored by a local volunteer. If we're able to handle the feral kittens before they are twelve weeks old then they stand a nice chance of becoming domesticated and therefore suitable for a home environment.
