We use locally grown products and source Italian produce direct from the importers. Our meat and fish, if not obtained locally, are from well known regions of Great Britain: Meats such as Aberdeen Angus and Welsh Black all cooked to perfection. Lobsters and diver gathered scallops from Scotland, oysters from Ireland. Fresh fish from the markets at Liverpool and Fleetwood or locally caught off the beach. Of course we make homemade pasta dishes and desserts with fantastic flavours.
