Liz discovered the enormous benefit of chiropractic whilst playing volleyball at international level. After she retired from playing and took up coaching she encouraged her athletes to have regular chiropractic treatment to aid prevent sports-related injuries and improve their athletic performance. Whilst working as a volleyball coach she trained for 2 years in the area of remedial massage and sports injury rehabilitation, which in turn fed her desire to become a Chiropractor.
