Cardiff Aikikai

Cardiff Aikikai is one of the oldest Aikido clubs in the UK established in Cardiff in 1968 under the watchful eye of Chiba Sensei. To this day the aikido club enjoys a strong and enthusiastic following and welcomes new members wishing to study this martial art. Aikido is a Japanese martial art with origins in traditional jujitsu, judo and kendo. It is a great way to improve fitness and health, evolve self defence skills and increase mind body co-ordination.
