By providing text, images and other data for inclusion in your website, the client declares they hold the appropriate copyright. The ownership of such materials will remain with the client. The client agrees to completely indemnify and hold capture-design free from harm in any claim resulting from the client in not having obtained all the required copyright. The client agrees capture-design hold no responsibility for any amendments made by any 3rd party, before or after a design is published.
