Notable local landmarks using the stone include the Morley Town Hall which was built in 1895. Calder Masonry Ltd now has the sole rights to Woodkirk Stone and is honoured to follow in this proud tradition, continuing to extract stone more than 175 years later at the same location. We are one of the largest producers of dimensional Yorkstone in the UK, supplying Woodkirk stone nationwide as well as to the Republic of Ireland.
