Had my bags collected by Michael today at Busy bins and I just wanted to say how grateful I am. He is a treasure and such a hard worker, I was so pleased to come home and find he had carried all the heavy bin bags out to the van and they were all sorted. Thank you Michael. Booked a one off to empty our bins following moving into a new house and the previous tenant leaving them full of different things and the council wouldn't empty them. This is a brilliant service if you ever forget to put your bin out on the usual collection day. I forgot to put out the general waste (grey) bin which is only collected every three weeks. It was absolutely full so I knew I couldn't wait another three weeks. I booked a one off collection with Busy bins and they collected the rubbish on the day they promised for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this service!

Absolutely superb service, responsive, reliable, always turn up as scheduled and driver puts the bin back. An absolute essential service particularly with the useless council binmen who turn up as and when they please. We have even rang Busy Bins on the day and they have turned up the same morning! This is the second time I've used Busy Bins, and won't be the last. Booked at the beginning of the week, and bin was booked for emptying today. Bin was emptied and returned to my back gate without issue. Fantastic Customer service when booking and cheaper than previous company I used. Keep up the good work!

Used busy bins many times now, they come to my rescue when the rubbish gets out of control in our household. Website is easy to use, they always update quickly with confirmation, receipt and collection date. Highly recommend A*

Now we have a baby, a puppy and another baby on the way, no amount of recycling frees up enough space in our black bin to be able to warrant waiting for 3 weeks for a council bin collection. So, I visited the busy bin website. Everything was so simple and straightforward to order a one off collection. Loved the video explaining what size bin we have too so I can ensure I pay for the correct one.

I was initally worried (as had ordered it on Thursday PM at 6pm) that I might have missed the option for our Friday collection, but low and behold when I came down in the morning to pop an additional bag outside at 7.30am, they'd already been! Unlike the council, I hadn't even heard them arrive! We're not the easiest property to find, but they did and returned the bin to where we'd left it.

Amazing service, great price, great email correspondence. Will definitely be using again in future for one off collections when needed and no doubt when baby number 2 arrives (and the endless nappies that comes with him) we will book a regular slot. Absolutely a service to use! I have a disability & unable too take bins out. Busy bins has a part to leave instructions for their staff & they followed them to the T. They came into my garden & collected the bin to empty at no extra cost. I will be using them again should I need to!

I booked a one-off collection online yesterday. Booked and paid online and received an email confirmation. As soon as the bins were emptied today I received another update. This was 3 households bins which had been filled with allsorts by a tenant. Really impressed with the service. Would recommend. Service:Junk removal

After a seamless transition from our old service provider, Busy Bins have certainly been impressive to say the least. On-time collections by professional friendly staff. We are kept up to date with all the holiday collection schedules so we are never kept in the dark. As a food service provider it's important to us that our waste is managed professionally and Busy Bins are certainly professional and in nearly 2 years have never let us down. A highly recommended Company 'and' I might add great value for money!

Busy Bins provided a reliable service, emptying our black bin over a period of a few months when we needed it. Cancellation was simple when our circumstances changed. Several of our neighbours use Busy Bins, and all are very happy with the service. We'll definitely use them for one-off collections as needed.

I cannot over stipulate how reliable Busy Bins are. On numerous occasions my local Council have not emptied my bins. On this occasion it hadn't been emptied for 3 weeks over the Christmas period. I ended up with 5 extra bags all over the garden, which the council wouldn't have taken anyway. The morning that Busy Bins were booked to collect, I came downstairs at 7.45am to find every bag gone and my bin emptied. I cannot recommend them enough. Brilliant

We've been using Busy bins for nearly a year now for bi-weekly collections and they never let you down for service. On a couple of occasions we have forgotten to put the bins out, and unlike the council, busy bins have ensured that their customers needs are still met. The bins are always returned to a safe location and left in a clean state. I cannot recommend them enough for their quality of service and the prices are more than fair

Ordered a 1-off wheelie bin collection for 2 bins as I'd missed council bin day. Excellent service, they came next day, we're very quiet (came before we woke up and didn't wake us) and left the bins up against the wall very neatly. Lovely service and reasonable price, will definitely use their one-off services again when needed and will be considering their regular services.

I required an extra bin collection, Busy Bins were recommended and I'm not surprised why. I called up and was dealt with professionally, fast and efficiently offering next day collection. They came nice and early and as promised, the bin was replaced where it came from not like the council. Great service and will definitely recommend!

I was so worried about using this company, there were not many reviews, but I have a habit of forgetting to put my black bin out, and I did the same thing last week, but I also did it on the last collection too we are a family of 7 so leaving it wasn't an option. I searched online looking for tip guys and came across busy bins, 10.85 for the bigger bin and 9.35 for slim one I thought the price was pretty good.

Anyway I was still dubious and thought I probably wasted the money etc, but low and behold my bins are now empty, 3 days after I put the order in they were emptied, I am so happy I went to them now, I will definitely be using them again in future. Thank you busy bins! :D
