Over the last two years we currently have seen the decline in financial support for tiny businesses from both high street banks and other lenders. As a result, we're experiencing unprecedented demand for our own asset finance and bridging finance facilities. The period of funding we supply is anything from three months to three years. Our 'in-house' finance firm, which recently converted to plc status, lends exclusively to SMEs against hard assets and usually with a charge on a property. We only lend in the tiny ticket sector, very often where banks and other finance firms are not willing to aid.
