Incorporated in 1997, the company is owned and managed by the original founding directors. Initially the company traded solely as an electrical contractor, but there was a growing need to offer a combined mechanical and electrical package, this was initially carried out with various partnerships but changed to an in house mechanical service in 2003 to offer clients a better service.

read moreWe have carried out new build projects, Cat A fitout, Cat B fitout and refurbishment projects. Most of this work is fast track and requires careful programming, taking into account lead times and commissioning.

read moreWe have a long track record in education, we have carried out works to Schools, Colleges and Nurseries on refurbishments, extensions and new build Schools on a pre designed and design and build basis for large main contractors and smaller regional contractors.

These projects require careful management and co ordination to ensure the projects are delivered to a high standard and on time. Building Services have carried out projects in Data Centres, Museums, Hospitals, Military Sites, Offices, Factories, Telephone Exchanges, Schools, Warehouses and Residential sites. We have worked for most of the biggest names in construction in the UK. The majority of our work is carried out in London and the Northern Home Counties.
