Buckingham Evangelical Church
Churches in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
We sincerely welcome everyone who is looking for truth from God and meaning in life. We're a church that enjoys taking God and His Word seriously, a church that strives to be loving and encouraging. We currently have found the Bible, God's timeless and relevant Word, not only helpful but essential in getting to know Him. May you discover the reality of the living God, and the person of His Son, Jesus Christ. We currently have a joint churches meeting on Wednesday 3 March, so there are no mid-week Bible studies this week.

Buckingham Evangelical Church
read moreIt shouldn't come as a surprise to us that the key to both deepening and maintaining our relationship with God is found in reading his word. The Bible is God's message to us, his people. It's our primary source of truth and understanding about who God is, what he has done and of our own identity in him. Whether you're helping in Sunday School or creche, are out of town for a week or are just curious about what is preached at our church, all our sermons are recorded. Just click to our latest sermons page and search for the sermon you want to hear.
About Us
read moreWe are a church of Christians who take Jesus seriously. We believe that Jesus is the only true hope for this world and long to see everyone come to know Christ as their Lord and Saviour. We take God's word, the Bible, as seriously as we take our Saviour seriously - because it's all about him. The Bible is God's word to a world that needs to hear its most important message. The good news - the Gospel - is that God's has made a way for you to be made right with him. His plan to rescue us from the consequences of our sin was to send his own son as our Saviour.
Missions
read moreThe great commission left the church with a job to do - evangelise the world before Christ's return. We work together with local, gospel preaching churches and missionaries working around the world to further the kingdom of Christ. When Paul wrote to the church in Philippi he said, "I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now." That gospel partnership is an important part of our work together as churches that are independent but not isolated.
New Here
read moreIf you're visiting locally, studying at the university or just moved in to a new home, if you've never visited BEChurch before then Sunday morning is the best time to visit. That's when our main worship gathering meets. Walking into a new church can be a bit daunting, especially if you're not used to it. Even if you go to church regularly, churches do some things differently so it's good to know what to expect. Our Sunday morning services are held at Bourton Meadow Academy. However, there are several venues that we use throughout the week.
