In 2006 we celebrated our Silver Jubilee, having provided 25 successful years of service. Its not always easy to accommodate the likes of GSK or ICI but we at "Brook" have succeeded where many have failed. Therefore its no surprise for us to be amongst the first on their lists when it comes to improving their premises. Specialised coatings and systems frequently come into play in these kinds of environment and, needless to say, we are approved applicators for a number of specialist and hygienic product manufacturers.

This applies as much to schools, colleges and universities as it does to academies and training centres - we have successful experience of them all. Not all our efforts are confined to the public sector schools although most are and very demanding they can prove to be! Programming their requirements into tight working schedules can be very difficult and this is where our experience shines through.

We have been able to advise on and carry out the decorations in a number of these situations many of which are grant aided thereby imposing rigid accountability on the Client. Happily our assistance and input has often proven to be the difference between a fully decorated project and a compromise situation. We will explore client requirement and develop an understanding with "the rest of the team" to produce an affordable bespoke product.

Once again it is our flexibility that wins so many friends and ensures successful completions, often against all odds! We recognise that shops and shopping centres are expensive premises to be kept closed. Every moment of non trading is, if you like, a double expense and we will do everything possible to minimise disruption, often by carrying out our work by night or "after hours".

read moreWe recently completed extensive renovation works at the "London Intercontinental Marble Arch" on behalf of "john Sisk and Son" where a truncated programme period saw us exceed even the most optimistic of forecasts relating to completion. The secret of its incredible turnaround was planning and seamless interfacing with the other trades, qualities that can only come with the right kind of experience. This experience has also served us so well with "Travelodge". We have carried out the entire decoration function on no less than 6 Travelodges during the last 2 years.
