Braid Antiques

Audrey Johnston Antiques was based in Ballymena in Northern Ireland, was established in 1999 and run solely by myself, Audrey. On 27th April 2011 I opened Braid Antiques in Broughshane, a lovely village about 4 miles from Ballymena in partnership with James Hutchinson. I hope to continue to exhibit at most of the better quality antiques fairs in the province.

We enjoy sourcing interesting, good quality antiques at a fair price so that I can provide our customers with items which will not only give many years of pleasure but hopefully prove in the course of time to be a good investment. Customer service is a top priority and a great pleasure, and all purchases are covered by my guarantee of a full refund if any item does not meet with your expectations.

Our main areas of interest are in good porcelain such as Royal Worcester, quality pottery such as Moorcroft, antique jewellery and small objets d'art.Since opening the shop we are now able to stock some antique furniture, clocks, lamps and modern Irish art.
