Originally trading as R. Gill Ltd, the firm is now owned by Michael Wright Bill Maher and currently managed by long serving meat expert Cliff Sumner who has worked for the firm for over 46 years! Cliff is now training and developing the future management staff. Our name may not be as well-known as the clients we provide, but our meat is enjoyed by 1000's of people every day, as we provide direct to many of the North West's bakeries and pie makers, as well as retail butchers, meat manufacturers and cooked meat suppliers.
