Body Management Studio

My training for three of the therapies was taken whilst working for an Osteopath 1997-2005. My experience includes working with Clients who have had many different problems. I have recently earned a qualification in Reflexology. Body Management can be taught in groups or one to one and includes anything from one to all four therapies of Pilates, Alexander Technique, Remedial Massage and Reflexology depending on your requirements. They work very well together eliminating pain and producing a sense of highly-being.
