Very efficient and professional service.We were really impressed by how quickly and yet thoroughly the entire experience of initial contact,measurements and fitting was handled.Kudos to Rob who did a fantastic job with the actual fitting ,and after a long time we actually were 100% satisfied with this team!Try him customers,you won't be disappointed! I give them 5 stars!

We had been sorely let down by our local blind company based in Shrewsbury, taking our faulty blind down and then not returning our calls to either repair or replace it for over two months.
I called Bob and sent him a photograph of the issue with our Roman blind. He sent me a link for the spare part which has just arrived and our blind is now working as normal, all within the space of 4 days.
The least I can do is share the standard of service and goodwill he offered us at no benefit to him- thank you Bob it would be 10 stars if possible- you will be the first person I now call when we need replacements.
