I have been house hunting for 2 years and it has been nothing but a struggle then 3 days ago i viewed a property let by black horse properties in bradford and WOW never met nicer people they have been so helpful and i almost have a home thanks to these people it hasnt been finalised yet but they are workin so hard on my behalf to make sure this happens for us and its not just me they only found my sister a home next door who is also homeless and i just want to say thank you to blackhorse properties and to shareen and faizel who work there and even dave the workman was lovely and helpful when it come to viewing thanks guys

Con artists

You have beard and act like a practicing muslim but it's all a disguise. You should be ashamed of yourself. You have a wife and kids nd you confirm people out of money. This is haraam I pray Allah punishes you Faisal. I trusted you as a fellow muslim but you are not a good person. Non of you at black horse are. You are all content especially Faisal.

Scam artists

We took a couple to see a property a few weeks ago, they filled out the application like they were asked and even got a guarantor when the landlord asked them. Black Horse guaranteed they would be in the property by the end of December and now the landlord is demanding 6 months rent in advance? I am so sick of landlords taking advantage of desperate people trying to find a home. These scams need to stop!
When we told Black Horse they said it was bad practice, they would take the listing down and drop the landlord. Only a couple of days later they have posted the same property again! They are complete scam artists and so unprofessional.

I start using blackhorse property services in october 2016 i never had any complain i m a land lord. My house is in bd9 area they sort out issues. I would recommend them.
