Sarah has a wealth of experience from working in a medium secure hospital in the NHS, social services to the private sector, working in a neurological rehabilitation unit with spinal, and brain injury clients. Sarah also has extensive experience in management and case management and is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for the client.

Jordi is a qualified Physiotherapist and developed broad experience in the NHS prior to embarking on a career in Physiotherapy, working in a variety of NHS hospitals and A+E trauma theatres and anaesthesia, supporting catastrophic injured patients in theatre.
Whilst working as a Case Manager for Medicess and JS Parker Jordi has gained valuable experience working with complex and catastrophic injured clients and has continued those skills to develop the services at Birchwood & Co Case Management. Jordis client centred approach and dedication to his client's ensures they are afforded every opportunity to regain independence and improve quality of life.
Jordi has also worked as a Team leader managing a team of 16 Case Managers and auditing complex cases for a Government contract and worked as a Case Manager within Legal and General's triage rehabilitation department supporting client's with cancer, physical and mental health problems.
Jordi is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI).
