Beau Thai

Lek Sansom was the Chef/Patron of the Beau Thai Restaurant in Solihull which won many awards including the Birmingham Evening Mail Restaurant of the Year. After 11 successful years the restaurant was sold in 2005 and after a 2 year break Lek opened Silk Thai in Hall Green. In 2008 the Birmingham Mail rated this as serving the finest Thai food in the W Midlands. Due to individual reasons this has now closed and Lek has resumed providing her renowned home service which proved very popular in the periods when not running her restaurants.
