read moreIf you hold a current handicap certificate you are welcome to play any weekday subject to course availability. As there is not a tee booking reservation system for visitors, it is advisable to check availability before arriving at the club. Please ensure that you and your fellow guests are aware of our green fee rates and dress code. Visitors may play Monday - Friday subject to booking an tee time with the office or pro-shop. We have a packed members diary, but will always attempt to accommodate visiting.

read moreMain booking days are Wednesdays and Thursdays, though we will of course accommodate all requests where possible. We aim to deliver you a memorable day enjoying the superb golf course and first class hospitality. The clubhouse offers full changing facilities and can be sectioned off to give you complete privacy for meeting, prize presentations and dining. The course also conveniently loops back to the clubhouse after 10 holes, offering flexibility of play. And make sure not to miss our signature Two Course Carvery, a real visitor favourite!

read moreThere is great flexibility to be had when booking a party or function at Basingstoke GC. In our main clubhouse we have a sliding partition system which allows us to grow or shrink the rooms to the right size for your event. Up to 120 can be accommodated for a sit down meal and 200 for a party. Whatever the reason for celebration or gathering, we are delighted to offer you first class service in a wonderful venue. Our long standing team have prepared a superb, reasonably priced wine list, extensive high quality catering options and a team that will deliver professional, yet relaxed service to all visitors and guests.

This most memorable of days will provide an experience to remember without breaking the bank either. We like out staff to be professional, yet relaxed, as we deliver our lucky couple, their family and guests an attentive, welcoming service. We chose to hold our daughter's wedding reception at the BGC as the venue had such a lovely setting. The staff were caring and friendly and the attention to detail was excellent.

The staff offer a warm welcome and our catering is regarded as one of the best in the area. When you next visit make sure you take in the Clubhouse, you will not be disappointed. We have a large patio with built in barbeques for summer. An extensive bar selection and a bar food menu that changes weekly to reflect fresh produce. The team led by Clubhouse Manager Greg Clarke deliver friendly and professional service to members and guests alike 7 days a week.

At Basingstoke we want all our members to enjoy everything that the club has to offer - the course, clubhouse, competitions, and an active social calendar. All the staff, committee members and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure all members feel part of "our family" at what is Basingstoke's premier private member's club.
