My priority is to treat and manage injuries in the safest way possible, this includes maintaining fitness levels throughout the treatment and delivering a specific rehabilitation programme to improve and accelerate the return to everyday activities or desired sport. I have always been interested in Sports since an early age. I became a National level swimmer at the age of 15. This devotion and knowledge of sports has allowed me to excel in the sporting field, which has given me the ambition and determination to obtain a BSc Hons degree in Sports Therapy Health and Fitness.
