read moreWe assign a contracts manager to each client on commencement of the construction. Our clients deal directly with their contracts manager throughout the building project and is responsible for keeping in touch with the client throughout the build including the discussion of any changes. When the ground work is complete, the builders then build the foundations. They also erect the scaffolding to prepare for the house arriving. Once the timber frame has been erected and the roof covering is complete, the builders build any block outer skin according to the plan.
