We focus mainly on Planning and Building Regulations Applications for home extensions, loft & garage conversions, sun rooms and new build houses.

Our close working relationship means that any potential issues regarding the building regulations are quickly clarified and suitable solutions are found during the design process.

read moreOnce you are happy with the proposals we will then submit a planning application on your behalf. Please note that some minor building works do not require planning approval. In this instance we will submit a pre application enquiry to the planning department to get written confirmation that your project is "permitted developement". Once submitted we will monitor your planning application throughout the whole consultation process until a decision is made. From an initial meeting we can quickly establish a design brief and make an appraisal of the work you are looking to have done.
