About Us
read moreIn today's hyper-digital world, we are more knowledgeable and connected than we've ever been before. As consumers this means we are also more conscious about the choices we make - and when it comes to food, we are demanding more from the products we buy - in terms of quality, nutritional content and sustainability. Aduna is an Africa-inspired health food brand. Our range of African superfood powders and energy bars are 100% natural and organic, jam-packed with nutrients and directly support small-scale producers in Africa.

Located in the heart of King's Cross with views over the beautiful Regent's Canal, it was a lovely setting in which to hold our summer party and to present the awards to our worthy winners. Bee Armstrong from The Genuine Dining Company was declared winner in front of over 200 hospitality guests, with Liam Hatcher from CH&Co. in second place. Because of the high standard of entries this year, there were two Highly Commended awards which went to Emma Abruzzese from Vacherin and Charlotte Rouse from BaxterStorey.

It is a national charity which teaches children, in a holistic way, about food, food provenance, food growing, healthy eating, nutrition, hygiene and cookery. Professional chefs deliver sessions in the classroom which range in content from the four tastes and five senses to advanced practical cookery. Sara Jayne Stanes, OBE and Chief Executive of The Royal Academy of Arts talks about the primary school children that have been introduced to a new way of looking at food with a quote from a young boy in Scotland When Albert Roux came to see us, I learnt to always try the food and appreciate that you got anything.
