I had a quick chat over the phone with Mr Masoud and he was able to give me invaluable advice within a few minutes that gave me a very clear picture of my legal position. He was courteous, professional and patient. He made sure I understood everything completely before ending the conversation. It was my first conversation with Mr Masoud but it seemed like I had been his client for a long time. That's how comfortable he made me feel. I contacted Ashwood for some help with getting a document countersigned. They were really quick to respond and even though it was a relatively small job, Masoud really took his time explaining everything to me and checking I had everything I needed. I met Shahbaz for the appointment and he was also very friendly and approachable, checking everything thoroughly. It was my first time dealing with a solicitors but these guys put me at ease. From my experience with Ashwood Solicitors Limited I cannot say enough positive things about this firm. I requested to speak to a solicitor. The receptionist was friendly and arranged a call back from the solicitor. Not long before I had a call back from the Solicitor who was quite knowledgeable and assuring, yet he communicated my answers effectively.
