I checked out a number of online sites, and this seemed to hit the mark, the price being reasonable and good quality products. Having placed the order, I was impressed to receive a text informing me the item was being despatched and if there were any issues regarding delivery, to let them know. As I would be at work I requested the Courier text me his eta so that I could get back for the delivery.

True to their word I did get a text informing me of the eta, as well as a very good tracking system giving a visual view of the Courier's journey. On arrival the Courier showed due care of delivery, ensuring the length of the item would not cause any damage internally. The grass was well packaged, and cut to my specifications, which turned out to be much more than I actually needed.

However I was pleased that this was the case as it enabled me to use the extra bit in the front garden as well. The front bit really did need the artificial grass too, as that has been a long standing problem of lack of sun, hence grass, and even wild flowers wouldn't grow there. I am delighted to have both areas looking lovely as the grass is of such good quality.

I now have a delightful seating area in the back garden, as well as a front garden that looks neat and tidy. Once the potted plants are in place, that will be the vision realised at last. One very delighted customer, thank you, Artificial Grass Direct and Josko the Courier.

Ordered my grass for Artificial grass, I loved that they had Pet options as I have a large dog and she sadly ruined our turfed lawn as female dogs do. I am so happy with the grass. We brought the 38mm Luxury Pet Grass, it's fabulous, it is hard wearing and very thick. My son is always sliding around on it playing football. My husband laid this and I receive so many compliments. Looks real and never needs cutting. Thank you artificial grass

I ordered the grass from artificial grass direct and then I looked at trust pilot and saw a few bad reviews which concerned me, however I cannot fault my experience at all, the grass was delivered on time and the quality of the grass is brilliant. Very easy to install. Overall very satisfied and would shop with them again.

A great place to buy all your artificial grass needs in one place. Ordered everything i needed at 15:30 Wednesday. Expecting delivery early the following week. Got a call saying they had a van going south tomorrow (Thursday) would i like it Thursday. It arrived 07:00! Unloaded before i got out the door. Sixteen hours from order to delivery. After months of research into which grass I should buy I decided to buy from this company. The grass arrived within 10 days and was delivered on time after receiving a call from the drive. We bought the Chelsea 35mm grass and found the quality was excellent. I fitted the gras myself and used the website guide to plan how to do it. The result are amazing and I am very happy with the outcome. 3 months later we ordered mired to complete the rest of the garden.

Highly recommend this artificial grass. We used the 25mm Cambridge with a 10mm shock underlay to create a sensory area for our daughter to safely play in. It has completely transformed our garden. Our daughter is nearly 3 and cannot walk yet. She has been able to bum shuffle/ crawl and use her walker across this grass. We have also been able to install this ourselves which has been an added bonus.

What a great company! Stellar customer service helped me through a few issues and answered all my questions with detail and a very friendly attitude. Delivery was easily tracked and the quality of the product is fantastic! Would highly recommend and will buy from them again in the future.

We attended the office, and was shown several samples. The staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions. No pressure to purchase on the spot, we were given samples to take away and advised to think about exactly what we required. We placed an order several days later ( Essex) the subsequent delivery and installation was on time and delivered on the day promised. Excellent company who were really helpful at every step from buying to installation. The grass itself was really good quality (I got chelsea 35mm) and I had got loads of samples from other companies but this was by far the best for the money.

Ordered artificial grass from this company after being sent a selection of samples. Looked at TrustPilot after ordering to see some poor/bad reviews and started to worry that the order wouldn't be fulfilled. I was a bit worried when the order had a status of 'completed' with no further delivery info. No such issues! Spoke with a rep and she couldn't have been more helpful, told me that she had just organised delivery for later in the week. True enough arrived as advised - absolutely delighted with the grass!

Amazing service and excellent quality grass. I rang just before placing my order there was no press 1 for this and 15 for that they answered within 3 rings I rang to make sure they had stock in for what I was about to order and queried if I placed my order when it would be delivered they said they would deliver the next day as they were delivering in my area.

The gut couldn't have been more helpful Everywhere else was 5-10 days delivery and there customer service was appalling. The grass arrived the next day as promised no issues grass is perfect! I highly recommend ordering from Artificial Grass direct.

I ordered numerous samples of artificial grass from this company and many, many others on the internet. I can honestly say the grass samples that they sent me were the best quality samples - soft, bouncy, strong looking backing - I personally would have gone with them. However, since my husband runs the budget and since it is for a property we intend to let, we chose a discounted grass from another seller. But, I wouldn't hesitate to order their grass in the future if it is based on quality of product alone. Particularly impressed with Preston 40 mm - a lovely soft grass with 10 year UV protection.

I was apprehensive at first due to some of the reviews but i cannot say anything bad about this company. I purchased decking first, which came next day. Then ordered grass which was high quality (Preston). I must of have spent around 1.5k with them. People got to realise that a lot of people are ordering stuff for gardens due to the pandemic and delivery may vary. Purchase with confidence!

I've had 2 deliveries of artificial grass from this company. The quality of grass is fantastic and service has been great. I had a slight issue with my second delivery which was probably my fault when reordering as I didn't tell them I was matching up grass and I had a shading issue. The team from artificial grass direct couldn't have done more to sort me out.

Everything was sorted immediately and I am so impressed with my back garden transformation. I have been extremely impressed with their response and delivery was always as stated. For a company to offer the service they have given me, during a pandemic when other companies are not even delivering and when I'm sure they are busier than ever, and probably with a lower workforce than normal.

I cannot fault them at all, also delivery to Northern Ireland was incredibly reasonable in comparison to other sites. I can't fault anything from this company, I've read previous negative reviews, all happening during this covid pandemic. It clearly states on their site that delivery isn't normal at this time and they have increased orders. Probably due to people like me, furloughed and sitting in a garden and realising it needed sprucing up.

I think some people need to be more supportive of companies like this, working through covid 19, with limited resources and customers with unrealistic expectations. I am a genuine customer and have been nothing but impressed with this company providing a great service during a very challenging time for everyone. I wish them all the best for the future in this very challenging retail climate. I think we should be supporting independent retailers like this who still believe in great customer service.

Really impressed with the service, product and delivery. They had exactly the decking we needed when no-on else did, and it was delivered promptly. The delivery guy was brilliant and carried our deck boards to a secure place away from the road (all 59 of them!). Thanks for the great service! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from this company and team from beginning to end. 1) Quick response to my sample request. A lot of attention paid to showcasing their product (some companies do not do this to their detriment). All samples of great quality and represent good value for money. 2) Great customer service in answering my many questions and providing advice proactively. 3) Delivery as promised and now look forward to the installation. Excellent service! I kid you not, grass was delivered in UNDER 24 hours 200 miles away from their store! Having researched artifical grass and getting loads of samples from business across the UK, these are the cheapest and best quality there is. Grass feels like real grass, not that plastic feels at all. The thickness and overall quality is fantastic! Pleasure to deal with!

Excellent quality composite decking boards (Lifestyle grey) and best price I could find online for 3.6m lengths. Delivered quickly and efficiently. Service over the phone and on website was very good. Definitely would use again.

I ordered both Artificial Grass and Aquabond Adhesive. The grass was delivered right on time. Ordered on the 20th, , got a dispatched notification the 21st, delivered 22nd. Although I found out that the Aquabond Adhesive was missing (probably dropped in the delivery van), I quickly popped into our local building store to get the nails/pegs instead.

I called AGD on Mon (they were closed on Saturday) to notify them and I got my refund same day. I would definitely recommend AGD for quality products and excellent customer service. We are ready for summer & barbecue. (picture attached).Thanks AGD.

After receiving samples from a number of companies, we decided that 'Preston' from ArtificialGrassDirect.co.uk was exactly the quality and colour that we wanted. I was a little apprehensive when I ordered my grass due to the negative reviews I had read. I am so glad that I did order from them. Colin was very helpful and gave us good advice. The grass arrived within the time scale promised.

The delivery driver was great. The grass looks absolutely fantastic, and feels great too. I have had absolutely no issues with this company. The price was competitive, the website was detailed and easy to use. It does warn on the website that the grass is heavy, but that is an understatement. You will need a few people to help move it.

As advertised on website about delays so no worries. It turned up on the 12th day, no problems in anyway. Its been laid and Garden is perfect. I only contacted them once and had a reply back within an hour. Highly recommend
