If you would prefer the design team to work for you rather than us, we can refer you to London architects who we know and trust to ensure that your project gets off to the right start. You may want us to submit a price/ tender for the proposed construction work after the design phase
Alternatively, if all pre-contract work is complete and you are looking for a cost then we are able submit a price/ tender for the proposed build phase.
