read moreBill was fantastic, came at exactly the time he had agreed and just got on with the job ( hall,stairs and lounge carpets) He is very professional and the carpets have come up like new ( although they are 6 years old ) They were fairly dirty as I have a solid fuel stove which creates quite a bit of soot in the atmosphere and falls on the carpets, but they now look brilliant.
