Appleyard & Trew was established in 1969 by the founding partners of Mike Appleyard and Ian Trew. The practice has developed and grown to deliver large and complex projects throughout the United Kingdom. The practice is owned by its partners and a significant volume of our workload is obtained through repeat commissions and personal recommendation.

Each project undertaken is personally led by a partner and co-ordinated using specialist teams of surveyors. The partner-in-charge will communicate directly with the Client and ensure our level of service is tailored to suit their individual requirements. The partners like to ‘get their hands dirty' which means attending meetings, preparing reports and problem solving any issues that arise.
