This is a full time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. There will be one late night between Monday and Thursday until 7pm and the Advisor can either choose to start at 8.30am in which case they will be paid overtime, or start at 10.30am on that designated day. The Customer Advisor will be responsible for the provision of general administrative support responsible for verifying and auditing sales and operational paperwork, planning connections to the company network, updating company asset systems and assisting in failure management for jobs issued to the construction partners.
